We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team; you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Your primary responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding & post-joining formalities for the US and India. Create & implement firm culture & policies for smooth & streamlined operations. Assist employees in any firm & work-related issues. Monitor leave & attendance to support payroll. Keep the firm up to date with any new laws implemented by the National/State level Government.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews for US and India
  • Diligence & hard work are key attributes essential for the role – U.S. healthcare industry – Managing recruitment of licensed dental providers in the U.S. – Managing the doctor’s credentialing process with U.S. Insurance Provider
  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and organizing meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to HR processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in US hiring for healthcare.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • Motivated to learn new things – Team player who can manage individual work along with additional team goals – Good communication skills – Honesty and Integrity
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
